COVID- 19 Protocol
Safely treating patients at work

I hope you are all safe and well. We have clear procedures in place to allow practitioners and patients to enter safely for treatment. Things will be a little different for a while but rest assured i will still be providing the best possible treatment and service during these precedented times. You will notice a few changes which i shall list below:

-
On BOOKING appointments some Screening questions will be asked before attending appointments to ensure it is safe for you to enter the practice. Our COVID procedures have changed slightly and I just kindly ask patients inline with new government guidelines to only attend appointments if you are feeling well. If you feel unwell in anyway or you know you have COVID I kindly ask you to call the receptionists and reschedule your appointment for another time you are feeling better. This is also to help keep patients safe in clinic especially the vulnerable.
-
Appointment times have been adjusted to allow for a gap between patients to allow for cleaning. New Patients are 45 minute appointments and continuing patients are 30 minutes.
-
Please arrive for your appointments on TIME. Avoid arriving early where possible and your practitioner will come and meet you at the door to try and avoid people waiting in the waiting area. If you arrive early please wait in your car until your time slot.
-
If you see your practitioner letting out a patient who was in before you. Please be aware she has to clean the room before your appointment.
-
Your practitioner is no longer required to wear masks unless in a NHS setting unless you are in a high risk category. On entering the clinic you have a choice to wear a mask during your appointment. If you wish your practitioner to wear a mask please let us know and it will not be a problem. If you arrive in a mask this is fine. If not one will be provided for you if needed. Your Osteopath will guide you through to the treatment room for the consultation to begin. Our guidelines are governed by The Department of Health and Social Care and Public Health England.
-
We are accepting Card and Cash payments.
If it is not safe for you to enter the clinic don't worry we can still provide advice and exercises over the phone or via video consult.

Please if you have an worries or concerns please give us a call.
