The VIP Clinic offers a high standard of service to all patients. Morgan Fallon the practice Director has worked is various Clinics around the West Midlands and Worcestershire since 2011. She has decided to open an Osteopathic practice at her home in Kingswinford. We have currently relocated and are now based within our new premises at 519 High Street in Kingswinford in Morgan's home based clinic.
Osteopathy, Chiropractic and Physiotherapy are collectively ‘Allied Health Professionals’. They each specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, pain related conditions, preventative methods and post-operative care. Promoting health to prevent accident or illness, these clinicians provide hands-on treatment, whether this be joint or soft tissue manipulation, and exercise rehabilitation, as well as advising on self-help strategies and independence.
We look after patients from surrounding areas such as Stourbridge, Dudley, Brierley Hill, Kidderminster, Halesowen, Wolverhampton, Wednesbury, Walsall and some as far as Birmingham. The VIP Clinic Specialises in Osteopathy, Medical Acupuncture, Sports Massage, Hydrotherm Massage, Cupping and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
'The VIP Clinic got its inspiration from my Mom Kim who had a successful Health and Beauty business called V.I.Ps in Sutton Coldfield to which I wanted a way to carry on its legacy in my own way, as I have such fond memories growing up in there'. Morgan Fallon, Practice Director

MEDICAL ACUPUNCTURE
CUPPING
Medical acupuncture is used in aiding muscle or joint pain. This is used as a conjunct to Osteopathy but if you wish for this to be included within your treatment just mention on booking or at the beginning of your treatment session.
This is added at no extra cost.

Cupping can be incorporated within your treatment if you wish. We use a method of dry massage cupping. The cups can be used as a massage tool to release tight Fascia, Muscles & trigger points.

Late, Cancelled or Missed Appointments
Cancellation Policy:
24 hour Cancellation is required. Late cancellations within the 24 hour time period and non attendance are charged at 50% of the treatment fee. To cancel your appointment please call the practice on 01384 386919. Our emails are checked regularly and always responded to we always confirm an appointment has been cancelled. If doing so by email please ensure you have been replied to. This ensures you email has been seen. We regularly operate a cancellation list for appointments please provide plenty of notice so we may be able to offer appointments to someone else. Our text message and email reminders are sent 48 hours prior to your appointment to ensure you have enough time to give us a call. Receptionists are available from 8am - 7pm Monday - Friday and Saturday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Private Medical Insurance
The VIP Clinic is registered with most providers. Please check with your provider before booking. A receipt can be provided for you to claim back from your insurance. Due to extra admin the Clinic will not invoice the insurance companies directly (Unfortunately this means we do not cover BUPA, AXAPPP & Cigna unless your insurance company will allow you to claim this directly back yourself).
Payment Types
The VIP Clinic accepts cash and all major debit and credit cards. (Including Apple, Google and Android pay) Unfortunately we don't accept American Express.
